I want to guide you through tools that can improve your communication and help you thrive in your marriage and relationships.

As a creative myself I know all too well that our creations can often speak clearer than our conscious thought. I am ardent about discovering connections between what you yearn to make, or actively create, with what has been perhaps painful and pressuring. Ultimately, incorporating your creativity with your mental health.
